To place an order you need to register your email address first.

Go to Register box (below) and create a username. (It can be anything you like or use your email address) Then enter your email address and a password. Click the green register button.

Next in the Login box enter your user name and password that you just created. Click the green LOG IN  button. You are now verified and can access the checkout page and place your order. If you have already registered you may already be automatically logged in, if not then enter your user name and password in the Log In box and log in.
